Marton Szasz resolved MINIFICPP-1027.

Resolution: Won't Fix
moved on to className, which uses compiler-specific hacks to get the type name
at compile-time. It has to be in the root namespace, since GCC 13 started
removing the common namespace components from __PRETTY_FUNCTION__.
