Agent level SSL context can be created for multiple classes: C2Agent,
ControllerSocketProtocol, RemoteProcessorGroupPort. For these classes the SSL
context can be initialized through the SSL context data defined either in the
flow config file or the minifi.properties file. We should drop the support for
reading the SSL context data from the flow config.
