We still have numerous deprecated references throughout our codebase that we
should strive to eliminate for 2.0.
Some of these deprecated references are from NiFi methods & classes. Others are
from other dependencies, such as Swagger annotations. To the extend possible,
we need to clean up all of these deprecations.
