Apache Commons IO should be upgraded to
[2.14.0|https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-io/changes-report.html#a2.14.0]
and Apache POI should be upgraded to
[5.2.4|https://poi.apache.org/changes.html] to incorporate bug fixes and
transitive dependency upgrades.
