Summary: Rename "View usage" to "View documentation" on components

In the action menu of processors, rename "View usage" into "View documentation"
to avoid confusion with usage statistics of the component that one would access
via "Status History".
We'll need to make sure that we scan the whole codebase to change the same
everywhere (this is used as alt text for other components like controller
services, reporting tasks, etc). As well as updating the documentation and
screenshots (which is a required effort anyway with all of the changes coming
in NiFi 2).
