[~kdoran] I think this is fixed now, do you agree? I've recently been
successfully building images on arm64 & amd64 based machine as part of
NIFI-12175 & NIFI-12178
The only issue I've seen has been in running the {{apache/nifi}} image as part
of a {{macos}} runner in github, but the build seems to work fine (NIFI-12191)
