Fix For: 2.0.0
Apache Solr dependencies should be upgraded to
[9.4.0|https://solr.apache.org/docs/9_4_0/changes/Changes.html] on the main
branch. Solr 9 requires Java 11 as a minimum version, so this upgrade does not
apply to the support branch.
