Fix For: 2.0.0
ActiveMQ client libraries on the main branch should be upgraded to 5.18.3 to
mitigate CVE-2023-46604. This upgrade is not applicable to the support branch
for version 1 releases of NiFi because ActiveMQ 5.18 requires Java 11 or higher.
