The {{integration-tests}} GitHub Actions workflow should be triggered if the
top-level {{pom.xml}} is updated as part of a PR.
This ensures the ITs are exercised if wide-ranging dependencies are updated
and/or the {{integration-tests-ci}} list is modified.
