Could I attempt this issue? Let me know if my understanding of it is correct or
whether I am missing anything.
My understanding is that this is part of the e2e tests, and that since Python
support is still new, better integration is needed.
So during the build process, if it doesn't detect that Python is installed
while it is running tests, it should download Python for you.
