The NiFi Registry test module has a transitive dependency on XMLUnit through
spring-boot-starter-test. Versions 2.9.1 and earlier of XMLUnit have
vulnerabilities, but NiFi Registry tests do not use XMLUnit, so the dependency
should be excluded.
