When installing the python extension a minifi_native.pyd symlink also needs to
be installed for the NiFi python processors to work. This is done when a clean
install is done and the python scripting extension is selected in the installer.
MSI installer now supports changing installed features. However when the python
extension is not installed at first, and the installer is used again to changed
the installed features, when the python extension is added at this point only
the python scripting dll is installed but the minifi_native.pyd is not
installed.
