NIFI-13189 Upgraded AWS SDK with Testcontainers and picocli
- Upgraded picocli from 4.7.5 to 4.7.6
- Upgraded Testcontainers from 1.19.7 to 1.19.8
- Upgraded AWS SDK 1 from 1.12.716 to 1.12.718
- Upgraded AWS SDK 2 from 2.25.46 to 2.25.48
