Description:
When the UI was built originally it was unclear how often the UI should poll
for updated configuration, status, and metrics. So a property in
nifi.properties was added to drive how often the the UI should poll. However,
over the years this property was never really utilized. This Jira is tracking
the removal of this property.
Additionally, the banner text in the UI can also be removed.
