Description: Initially the nifi-poi-utils module was created in NIFI-13304
to allow the sharing of a common enum ProtectionType between the SplitExcel
processor and ExcelReader controller service if they were going to be in
separate jars. Now that it was decided to have them in one jar there is no
longer a need for nifi-poi-utils. This ticket addresses the need to move
ProtectionType under nifi-poi-services and delete nifi-poi-utils. (was:
