Summary: Search results info tooltip flicker

If a user searches the canvas for a component the search results are displayed
in an overlay. If the user then hovers over the info icon they are presented
with a tooltip. If that tooltip content is very tall (or if the user is using a
smaller screen) the tooltip will begin to flicker.
