Fix For: 1.28.0
EncryptContent is already deprecated/removed so no new flows should be able to
create these legacy style modes anymore. They were never well secured/built.
This deprecation allows them to naturally end with the 1.x line. Go forward
usage should leverage more specific and purposefuly OpenPGP/Age-encryption
solutions in NiFi.
