Start NiFi Registry and create a bucket. Import a flow to that bucket. 2. Open the controller settings modal in the NiFi UI and add a registry client. Point the url to the NiFi Registry url. 3. Add a Process Group and import the flow you just created in registry. 4. Make some changes to the flow (can be as simple as renaming a processor). Right click on the process group and select Version > Commit local changes. Save your changes. 5. Repeat step 4 so you have another set of committed changes (so 3 versions total, though you could do more if you’d like). 6. Right click on the process group and select Version > Change version 7. You’ll see a new icon to the left of the Version column in the versions table (see 1st image below). Click on an icon that isn’t the current version. You should see a modal launch listing the differences between the two versions (see 2nd image below). 8. Try adjusting the version selection dropdowns. If you compare the same version, you should see a message informing you that there are no differences (see 3rd image below). 9. The filter should apply whatever input it has across the 3 columns (component name, change type, and difference). # Tracking Please complete the following tracking steps prior to pull request creation. ### Issue Tracking - [ ] [Apache NiFi Jira](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI) issue created ### Pull Request Tracking - [ ] Pull Request title starts with Apache NiFi Jira issue number, such as `NIFI-00000` - [ ] Pull Request commit message starts with Apache NiFi Jira issue number, as such `NIFI-00000` ### Pull Request Formatting - [ ] Pull Request based on current revision of the `main` branch - [ ] Pull Request refers to a feature branch with one commit containing changes # Verification Please indicate the verification steps performed prior to pull request creation. ### Build - [ ] Build completed using `mvn clean install -P contrib-check` - [ ] JDK 21 ### Licensing - [ ] New dependencies are compatible with the [Apache License 2.0](https://apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0) according to the [License Policy](https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html) - [ ] New dependencies are documented in applicable `LICENSE` and `NOTICE` files ### Documentation - [ ] Documentation formatting appears as expected in rendered files -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
