Recent changes to the main branch refactored the Spring Framework application
configuration. The configuration for the ControllerFacade class did not include
wiring the ControllerSearchService, resulting in HTTP 500 errors when
attempting to search against the current flow configuration through the REST
API. This issue does not impact released versions.
