Summary: Extract Solr version used by Ranger to a property

This change is for support/nifi-1.x branch only.
There might be cases when different Solr version is needed for Ranger than the
Solr version used for nifi-solr-processors.
For this purpose I'd like to introduce a "ranger.solr.version" property in
pom.xml and use that property for Solr of Ranger.
