The descriptor for Processor Load Average has a value aggregator that pulls out
HEAP_UTILIZATION instead of PROCESSOR_LOAD_AVERAGE, this causes the aggregated
results for this metric to be incorrect and on the Node Status History it shows
all 0s under NiFi for the mean/min/max and on the Y Axis.
