# Summary [NIFI-13684](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-13684) Updates the `nifi-runtime` Management Server `/health/cluster` HTTP response to return HTTP 503 when the cluster connection state is not `CONNECTED` or `CONNECTING`.
