I started refactoring it to use it in `ObjectZonedDateTimeConverter`. I am
trying to clarify if you still have an issue with
`ObjectZonedDateTimeConverter` would keep the same behavior as
`ObjectLocalDateTimeFieldConverter` if there is no timezone information
specified in the format?
