Summary: Make the sections in the left margin of the Documentation

The left margin of the doc contains the following sections:
-General
-Processors
-Controller Services
-Reporting Tasks
-Developer
However, the Processors listing is so long now, it obscures the sections that
follow.
Suggest we make these sections collapsible if desired by the user. Open to
thoughts on whether we want all these sections collapsed by default, or perhaps
just specific ones.
