The Getting Started guide references features that are no longer supported in
2.0.0, and should be updated. Some of these features are
* .tar.gz download
* installing NiFi as a service
* blogs.apache.org is gone
Also, some things have changed:
* auto-terminate relationships is on the Relationships tab of Processor
* Usage option is now View Documentation
* many processor names have changed
* Hadoop processors can be added via NAR extension
* how to access Advanced UI has changed
* Help Icon ? is now an Info Icon i
