The {{nifi-property-utils}} module includes the {{ProtectedProperties}}
interface along with supporting components with handling sensitive properties
in the nifi.properties and nifi-registry.properties files. With the removal of
support for encrypting properties using a root key in bootstrap.conf, this
interface and associated abstractions should be removed.
