Hey Joseph,
I don't see a way to modify messages from a queue. I could use the
RouteOnAttribute processor following a way to manually set an attribute on a
flowfile. I am imagining a use case like manually reviewing posted content on a
form and labeling it as ok or not. The automatic expiration feature would
actually _send_ the flowfile to the default relationship instead of deleting it
like the queue expiration setting.
I hope that clarifies the features I am after.
