Fix For: 2.0.0
SNMP4J version 3 introduced [several
changes|https://www.snmp4j.org/CHANGES.txt] that broke the expected behavior of
existing integration tests. These changes include defaulting to listen on
127.0.0.1 and disabling SHA and MD5 algorithms for SNMP Version 3.
