The Snowflake JDBC driver should be upgraded to
[3.20.0|https://docs.snowflake.com/en/release-notes/clients-drivers/jdbc-2024]
in order to mitigate CVE-2024-43382 related to client-side encryption issues
for Azure and GCP with staged files and non-default key sizes.
The Snowflake Ingest Java library indicates compatibility with JDBC 3.16.0 or
higher.
