Summary: Improve SplitExcel processor documentation by detailing
what happens when there is only one tab and when columns have formulas in them

Currently the "View usage" documentation for SplitExcel does not detail what
happens when the Excel spreadsheet has only one tab. Documentation should be
added to highlight that even a spreadsheet with one one tab is processed and
ends up on the split relationship. In addition with changes made in NIFI-13922
it should be highlighted only formula values are preserved not the actual
formula.
