Several Maven plugin configurations should be updated to improve build
reproducibility and avoid non-deterministic outputs.
These changes include the following:
* JAXB 4 Maven Plugin episode file containing a generated timestamp
* Swagger Maven Plugin sorting output elements
* Runtime Manifest containing unused user and home directory properties
