Bumping to quest 8.2.0 causes failures. It is at least a minor version change.
Needs attention in another JIRA.
Bumping to iotdb 1.3.3 causes failures. We should consider removal of iotdb
from the build. It is wild to consider 1.3.2 to 1.3.3 changes could result in
such issues.
