As a NiFi administrator I want to be able to fully configure a Registry Client
using NiFi toolkit. Currently, I can get half way there, but I have to switch
to NiFi UI in order to assign Registry URL and SSL Context Service to the
Registry Client.
I added `sslContextServiceId` parameter to `update-reg-client` command in Nifi
toolkit in Anetac's fork to get around this limitation:
