Description: As found during NIFI-14118 review the nifi framework extension
kubernetes client needs L&N info. Additionally while reviewing that it was
found that we had extraneous license/notice info for the various Jackson
libraries so found the only necessary copyright entry and reduced to just that
all over the codebase for binary artifacts.
