MonitoryMemory checks if memoryPoolBean.isCollectionUsageThresholdSupported())
and if so it eventually calls
monitoredBean.setUsageThreshold(calculatedThreshold), but setUsageThreshold
then checks isUsageThresholdSupported() so it can throw
UnsupportedOperationException.
