NIFI-13762 exposed processor metrics as a part of FlowInfo, but the
FlowFileIn/FlowFilesOut has been set from the FlowFilesReceived/FlowFilesSent
instead of inputCount/outputCount this makes the FlowInfo unusable for
monitoring.
