Remote process groups are not running in case of loading an exported (and
converted) flow file as the scheduledState of the remote process group is
"ENABLED". In case of replacing the scheduledState with "RUNNING" (only for the
remote process group, others can remain on "ENABLED"), MiNiFi can transmit flow
files to the remote process group.
Definition of done: MiNiFi should execute remote process groups as well as
other components right after starting it with a flow file what's coming from
NiFi and converted by minifi-toolkit.
