Per the following POI

learnt the use of
{code:java}
org.apache.poi.ss.usermodel.CellCopyContext{code}
could be used to solve the issue reported in NIFI-13726 and thereby allows for
us to switch back the org.apache.poi.ss.usermodel.CellCopyPolicy setting to
allow for copying of cell styles. Also in the thread, I reported a bug to the
POI developers indicating there was an issue when it came to the copying of
dates which represented times. In lieu of the bug I copied the necessary POI
code to SplitExcel and fixed the bug to allow for copying all dates and times.
