Several modules in NiFi Registry include unnecessary dependencies on the Bouncy
Castle libraries. These modules include nifi-registry-security-utils, which
includes unused KeystoreUtils methods and CryptoUtils methods, along with other
test modules that no longer need Bouncy Castle libraries.
