Summary: Enable unit test execution in CI builds

The UI unit tests have been historically unreliable in the CI environment as
well as fairly slow. Also, there haven't been much substance to the unit tests
to make the really valuable.
As Nifi 2.x evolves and with the improvements gained by migrating to the new UI
architecture, the tests are much more reliable and faster. Additionally,
efforts are being made to add substance to the unit tests going forward, so it
seems appropriate to enable the unit tests as part of the CI builds.
