Following the implementation of NIP-5 as NIFI-14371 in the NiFI-API version
2.1.0 the nifi framework should be updated to honor the marker annotation
'DisallowRunOnce'.
This should ensure that docs show processors that do not allow run once and the
explanation if provided in the annotation is shared with the user.
This should ensure in the UI/REST API the action to execute run once is
disabled from such processors.
