The {{ConsumeKafka}} Processor should be updated to add the
{{kafka.max.offset}} attribute to FlowFiles produced using the Record
Processing Strategy.
The Demarcator strategy currently adds the {{kafka.max.offset}} attribute based
on the batch of Kafka Records included, and the Record strategy should follow
the same pattern.
