since the deprecation of hive3: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-12981
There is no way to produce data in ORC format to ingest in hdfs, ORC is the
recommended data format to store in hive.
Please reincorporate ORC support, like a putORC processor or a controller to be
used in a convertRecord processor.
