My personal IP got blocked because of too many 404s on repository.apache.org.
Based on a discussion with ASF Infra, it might be related to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MPOM-451
We should upgrade our dependency on the Apache Parent POM to v34 to not have
this repository defined as a default location to look for artifacts.
