When Processors are run using the Stateless Execution Engine, we see the Stats 
History for CPU Usage, etc. but the stats all show zero. This is the case even 
when NiFi is configured to calculate these stats (nifi.properties has non-zero 
value for the {{nifi.performance.tracking.percentage}} property)
