When a process group's "Enable" option (or "Disable" option) is chosen, all
processors, input and output ports in that PG are enabled (or disabled).
Flow configuration history captures the PG that was enabled/disabled, but the
specific processors, input and output ports that were enabled/disabled are not
captured.
It would be useful if the specific processors, input and and output ports that
were enabled/disabled could be captured here as well.
