When the environment variables
{{`NIFI_REGISTRY_SECURITY_USER_OIDC_ADDITIONAL_SCOPES`}} and
{{{}`NIFI_REGISTRY_SECURITY_USER_OIDC_CLAIM_IDENTIFYING_USER{}}}` are set, they
don't make it to the properties file. I took a look, and could see that those
two are missing from the template file.
