We should support Sparkplug B messages in ConsumeMQTT processor. We should
create a separate controller to parse incoming Sparkplug protobuf messages to
records and write the records to flowfile with a configurable record writer. To
do this we should add Record Reader and Record Writer properties to ConsumeMQTT.
