I don't agree with this suggestion. It would be a strange experience to have
flow analysis rule violations appear and disappear as you view different
process groups on the NiFi graph. Also, if there is a violation in a PG that
is 2 levels below the root, how would you know that the violation exists if you
never actually visit that PG?
