PutDatabaseRecord has properties "Quote Table Identifiers" and "Quote Column
Identifiers" that can help with SQL generation by dialect (this is implemented
using the table metadata). This same approach can and should be added to the DB
Fetch processors like QueryDatabaseTable(Record) and GenerateTableFetch.
